Starting pay: $16/hr
Full-time position
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 7am-7pm
Overview: 
Have you ever paid a bill online?  You will be assisting others to make online payments for different billers.  Patience is required as you will be working with those who may not be tech savvy or have issues making online payments.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
  • Take high volume inbound calls daily
  • Take payments over the phone for multiple billers
  • Accurately input information for correct account to be credited
  • Consistently ensures compliance with established regulatory requirements and department and Company standards and procedures
  • Maintains appropriate level of communication and confidentiality
  • Performs all other duties as assigned, which may vary at any time with or without notice
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent data entry & accuracy
  • Proficient with MS Office products
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently take high volume of inbound calls
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow proper processes and procedures with care
  • Ability to simplify information and communicate effectively, verbal + written
