The Operations Manager will oversee a dynamic team of varying size and lead key cross-functional initiatives to enhance process efficiency and service quality. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role focuses on routine operations alongside customer relations and service management to uphold high performance and quality standards. The Operations Manager will utilize tools like Excel, Word, Samsara GPS, When I Work App, and Accountability Mobile App to monitor and improve operational outcomes without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage budgeting and allocate resources effectively
  • Monitor team and operational performance metrics
  • Ensure quality control across processes and services
  • Maintain strong customer relations and address service concerns
  • Drive sales initiatives and support revenue growth
