Summary:
The Director of North America Sales & Marketing is a senior strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and field success across the United States and Canada. This role owns the full go-to-market function for North America
from product launches and promotions to digital marketing, communications, and sales enablement, translating company strategy into campaigns that move markets and strengthen brand loyalty. Serving as the strategic bridge between product, sales, and the field, this leader partners cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Field Development, Creative, Digital, E-commerce, Events, and Operations to deliver measurable business impact, accelerating growth, deepening customer relationships, and empowering independent distributors and sales leaders to succeed.

  • Develop and lead integrated go-to-market strategies for all North America product launches, promotions, incentives, and strategic initiatives
  • Oversee launch planning, campaign development, communications, audience segmentation, execution, and performance measurement
  • Partner with Product Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Executive Leadership to translate product innovation into compelling customer and field-facing campaigns
  • Lead efforts across multiple channels including email, social media, events, field communications, web, and mobile platforms
  • Oversee email marketing strategy, lifecycle marketing programs, SMS/MMS campaigns, and audience segmentation
  • Lead social media strategy and content development for North America channels
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value
  • Collaborate with digital and e-commerce teams to optimize online customer experiences
  • Lead market communications strategy for customers, Brand Partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Develop communications, launch messaging, event communications, and field updates
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand positioning, regulatory requirements, and business objectives
  • Maintain strong collaboration across global and regional teams to ensure strategic alignment
  • Oversee marketing strategy for promotions, incentive programs, recognition initiatives, and major events
  • Support company-wide events including product launches, leadership conferences, conventions, and regional tours
  • Develop engagement strategies that increase participation, excitement, and business growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex marketing initiatives from concept through launch
  • Drive operational excellence through project management, process improvement, and strategic planning
  • Align marketing initiatives with company sales objectives, incentive programs, and growth strategies
  • Develop field-facing tools, campaigns, training, and communications that support independent distributors and sales leaders

  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Preferred Education and Experience
  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Business
  • Experience with direct sales, network marketing, or field-based distribution models
  • Multilingual or cross-cultural marketing experience across the US and Canada

Work Environment:
This role operates in a professional office environment with occasional hybrid flexibility. The position requires regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and may involve travel to company events, conferences, and field activities. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 30-60-minute lunch. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand, particularly around product launches, major events, and company conventions. Employees are also expected to participate in the annual company convention and other key field events.
Exact hour requirements can be reasonably modified as necessary for the business needs by the employee's manager.
