Position Summary

The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, physicians' offices, case managers, and community organizations. This role plays a key part in growing our referral network while representing Synergy HomeCare with professionalism and integrity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, hospices, and other healthcare providers.

  • Conduct regular in-person visits to referral partners and community organizations.

  • Promote Synergy HomeCare's services through presentations, networking events, health fairs, and community outreach.

  • Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to increase referrals.

  • Track marketing activities, referral sources, and sales performance using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute marketing plans.

  • Represent Synergy HomeCare at community events and professional networking functions.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and local market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in healthcare marketing, home care, medical sales, or business development.

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Preferred Experience

  • Home care or home health marketing experience.

  • Existing relationships within the healthcare community.

  • Knowledge of senior care services and referral processes.

Pay Structure, Bonuses and Allowance:

Base: $    /hour
SOC Commission: $100–$150 per qualified Start of Care
Mileage/Week: $30 for part time and $50 for full time
Quarterly Growth Bonus: 1%–4% of quarterly net income based on growth
