Job Description

Become a critical member of the North America Beauty multi-functional team.  Help contribute to influencer relations and management. Use digital, social, and communication skills to further drive our Beauty brands to resonate with consumers. Must have expertise and passion for digital content, influencer relations, social platforms and tools, and business building. 

  • Identify Influencers and Creates that match our brand’s equity and criteria for partnership

  • Provides support for Influencers, including initial outreach, briefing and ongoing relations

  • Owns operations including product fulfillment, platform access and enrollment, and payment systems

  • Provide support for tracking and internal reporting

  • Partner with multi-functional team on contract management, paid media strategy, social landscape assessments, creative best practices, and business plans

We are looking for driven individuals who have a passion for building and managing relationships with influencers and other key stakeholders to solve business problems.

  • Building and managing relationships with influencers and other key stakeholders to solve business problems

  • Social media and digital content expertise

  • Storytelling and co-creating compelling & inclusive content that reaches and resonates with consumers

  • Operational discipline to manage logistics and reporting

  • Collaboration with cross-functional team members and agency partners

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and digital influencers

  • Strong written communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work in social media and influencer relations.

  • Experience with Waterfall Model

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $69,300 – $96,200
