Customer Support Representative

Are you fluent in a Nordic language and passionate about customer support? Join our team to support one of the world's leading food and grocery delivery platforms, serving millions across 70+ countries.

This is your chance to work in a dynamic, digital-first environment where you'll make a real difference for customers and restaurant partners. You'll help ensure smooth, reliable delivery experiences - whether it's lunch, groceries, or last-minute essentials throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound communications (calls, chats, tickets) from restaurant partners and customers
  • Resolve inquiries related to orders, refunds, deliveries, and platform usage
  • Provide professional and empathetic support across all service channels
  • Adhere to response templates and maintain high-quality service standards
  • Escalate sensitive or unresolved issues appropriately
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the project
Who We're Looking For:
  • Native-level fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish
  • Advanced level of English (B2–C1 or higher)
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Strong written communication and typing skills
  • Comfortable using PC tools and multitasking across multiple platforms
