An Online Executive Assistant is a remote professional who provides administrative, organizational, and personal support to executives or business leaders via digital communication tools. Their tasks may include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling emails, preparing documents, and coordinating travel arrangements. By working online, they can assist clients from anywhere, making them a flexible and cost-effective solution for busy executives. Online Executive Assistants often use technology to streamline workflows and ensure that their clients' day-to-day operations run smoothly.

What does an online executive assistant do?

As an online executive assistant, you provide clerical support from a virtual workspace and otherwise use the internet to complete tasks for your client. In this role, you may help plan a trip or schedule a meeting for an executive, coordinate project deadlines, and prepare expense reports. You usually work with a few executives at most, working to handle the organization of multiple schedules. You utilize virtual conferencing software and also work by phone and email to communicate with other employees and fulfill your duties. In rare cases, you may be asked to travel with the executives you assist.
