Job Summary:
FWI (FedWriters, Inc.) is seeking an eLearning Developer to support the Naval Postgraduate School's innovative digital learning tools. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining interactive online educational applications to enhance the teaching and learning experience for NPS students and faculty.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, develop, and maintain interactive online educational applications
โ€ข Program simulations, dashboards, and multimedia applets for computer, tablet, and mobile platforms
โ€ข Maintain code inventories; research emerging programming and media development trends
โ€ข Provide consultation on media graphics for student academic projects
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข BA/BS degree in computer programming or relevant discipline.
โ€ข 3 years of experience designing, developing, debugging, and implementing software.
Preferred:
โ€ข Independent programming experience including design, specifications, integration, testing, QA, technical documentation, and effectiveness assessment.
โ€ข Ability to perform feasibility analysis for future projects.
