Qualifications Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in outbound BDR or fullโ€‘cycle sales roles
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Track record of exceeding prospecting activity and conversion targets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or consultative selling
  • Executiveโ€‘level storytelling and communication skills
  • Exposure to structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler)

The pay range for this position is $27.3077 to $39.2548. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, jobโ€‘related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performanceโ€‘based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
