Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively seeking experienced remediation professionals to join our contractor network for residential and property-related repair projects. We offer ongoing project opportunities for dependable contractors looking for flexible scheduling, consistent assignments, and fast payment processing.

This role is ideal for independent contractors with remediation or restoration experience who can manage projects professionally while maintaining strong communication and delivering quality workmanship from start to finish.

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is a trusted repair and maintenance company with over 13 years of industry experience. We partner with homeowners, property management groups, and project teams to provide dependable repair and maintenance services across a wide range of trades.

Our services include roofing, gutters, siding, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, remediation, kitchen and bath repairs, and general property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect property damage and determine appropriate remediation solutions
  • Develop remediation or repair plans based on project requirements
  • Coordinate with project managers, residents, homeowners, and clients as needed
  • Schedule and oversee crews or subcontractors when applicable
  • Maintain project timelines while ensuring quality and professionalism
  • Follow safety requirements and remediation best practices throughout each project
  • Submit updates, progress photos, and final documentation through the online portal
Requirements
  • Preferred: 3+ years of remediation, restoration, or related property repair experience
  • Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
  • Strong understanding of remediation processes and safety procedures
  • Ability to work independently and manage active projects efficiently
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must own necessary tools and dependable transportation
  • Comfortable using online portal systems for updates and communication
  • Must currently reside and operate within the United States
