Location: Local Technician (Serving AL, AZ, GA, FL, NC, OK, SC, TN, & TX)


Superior Contracting & Maintenance is looking for experienced and insured 1099 plumbing contractors to become part of our growing technician network for residential maintenance work orders. We offer ongoing opportunities in your local service area through established partners, with no fees required. You control your schedule, receive legitimate service assignments, and are paid promptly after completing your work.


About Us

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is an established home repair and maintenance company with more than 13 years of industry experience, headquartered near Atlanta, GA. We provide dependable, high-quality plumbing services for homeowners and property management clients.


As a 1099 plumbing contractor in our network, you will be responsible for handling residential plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations while maintaining a professional standard of service.


Requirements

  • Must operate as an independent 1099 contractor with active General Liability Insurance (COI required)

  • At least 3 years of professional plumbing experience

  • Must have your own plumbing tools and a dependable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV)

  • Must complete a short onboarding call with our vendor team before receiving work assignments

  • Comfortable using an online service portal for work orders, updates, and communication

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Must currently reside and perform services within the United States


Disqualifiers

  • No active insurance coverage (COI required)

  • Unable to complete the onboarding process or maintain professional communication

  • Lack of a dependable vehicle or necessary plumbing tools


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond in a timely manner to residential plumbing service requests

  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and complete repairs efficiently, with the goal of resolving most service calls during the initial visit

  • Submit estimates for larger repairs or replacement work that exceeds applicable budget limits

  • Keep job notes, updates, and communication current through our mobile service portal

  • Superior Contracting & Maintenance provides all required job materials


Benefits

  • Compensation: $400-$500 per day on average (changeout projects pay significantly more)
