Onsite Job

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of production schedules and system performance in a structured, high-availability environment. 

This role requires a team player who is punctual, reliable, customer-service focused, and driven to meet high expectations.

The anticipated schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. While this role is not on-call, occasional flexibility may be required to extend working hours in support of large projects or to address system performance issues, typically within the scope of regular business operations.

Specific Skills needed for this position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • 1 year of experience operating or maintaining mailing equipment (minimum); 2–3 years preferred
  • 1 year of experience with job scheduling and monitoring (minimum); 2–3 years preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), with the ability to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and collaborative content effectively.
  • Strong adherence to documented processes and operational guidelines.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team to support shared goals
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a strong sense of integrity and accountability are highly valued.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule, run and monitor jobs in the PeopleSoft Financials system, following documented processes precisely.
  • Print and process critical financial documents
  • Monitor system outputs and error messages; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Operate and perform routine maintenance on printing and mailing equipment (e.g., printers, folders/sealers, inserters).
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on accuracy and efficiency.
