Job description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for business customers. Problems can range from desktop support, network troubleshooting, cyber security implementation, server installation, Microsoft 365 administration, or preventative maintenance. You will often be required to work independent on some projects and as a team on others.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Provide support for Office 365 to our customers
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or remote
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions through ticketing system
  • Recommend Cybersecurity improvements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience or education in IT role
  • Experience in customer service, and other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems
  • Computer networking knowledge
