We are currently seeking an Information Technology - Consulting and Systems Integration - IT Audit Consultant for our client in the Professional Services domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 9+ Months Contract with high possible extension

Location: Livonia, MI

Salary: $60.00-$65.00/Hourly

Role: Information Technology - Consulting and Systems Integration - IT Audit Consultant

Primary Skills: Compliance

Role Description: The Information Technology - Consulting and Systems Integration - IT Audit Consultant must have 4+ years of experience. For this role, you must have experience in Audit, specifically with expertise in ITGC (Information Technology General Controls).

Additionally, you must be comfortable working onsite five days a week in Livonia, MI.

Responsibilities:

- Support control risk management, IT controls, and related regulatory and compliance standards

- Perform internal audit assurance activities (financial, operational, compliance, IT, SOX, SOC reporting, etc.), propose suggestions for process automation and other technology-oriented solutions

- Review documentation for control testing activities, including for general IT controls, automated controls, reports, and interfaces

- Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design, and implement products and services

- Support engagements by helping plan the audit approach and scope, preparing the audit program, determining auditing procedures, seeing the audit process through completion, and applying internal audit standards in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors

- Create internal control documentation for the engagement including, process and data flows, and other supporting work papers.

- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years IT Audit experience

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems preferred

- 4+ years of relevant work experience

- Certification as CPA, CIA, CISA and/or PMP preferred

- Experience working in an ambiguous environment

- Experience working in highly automated cloud / platform environments

- Ability to state complex issues simply

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems (preferred but not required)

Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No
