Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester / QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.

Required Skills:
  • 3–6 years of software testing experience.
  • Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java; Python is a plus.
  • Experience in System, Integration, Regression, UAT, Performance, and Automation Testing.
  • Experience developing test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
  • Strong knowledge of Black-box, Grey-box, Load, Coverage, and Regression Testing.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence/Xray, and Agile/Scrum.
  • Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and Jenkins.
  • Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Ability to work with Scrum Masters, SMEs, Test Leads, and Developers.
  • Public Sector/Government and eligibility-related testing experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute manual and automated test cases.
  • Develop and maintain Selenium automation scripts using Java/Python.
  • Identify, document, and track defects.
  • Support functional, regression, integration, UAT, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
