Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in multiple automation testing tools and frameworks including WinRunner, QTP/UFT, Silk Test, Selenium, Playwright, TestComplete, and Automation Framework Development. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing scalable automation solutions, improving testing efficiency, and supporting enterprise-level applications across complex environments.
Required Skills
  • 12+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation
  • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright Automation
  • Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and automation framework development
  • Experience with TestComplete, WinRunner, QTP/UFT, and Silk Test
  • Strong knowledge of Automation Frameworks including Hybrid, Data-Driven, and Keyword-Driven Frameworks
  • Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, UI, and End-to-End Testing
  • Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
  • Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA, ALM, or Quality Center
  • Strong scripting/programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and TestComplete
  • Develop automated test scripts for web, desktop, and enterprise applications
  • Execute smoke, regression, integration, and end-to-end automation testing
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and develop test strategies
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation suites for better coverage and stability
  • Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and coordinate defect resolution activities
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA review meetings
  • Mentor junior automation engineers and establish QA best practices
  • Ensure quality deliverables within project timelines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with API Automation and tools like Postman or REST Assured
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus
  • Exposure to cloud-based testing environments

Education
