Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices, proficiency in ADP payroll processing, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Quickboks. This role is essential for ensuring accurate financial reporting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting Duties:
    • Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
    • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
    • Generate financial reports and statements to support management in decision-making.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
    • General knowledge of payroll
  • Excel and Data Analysis:
    • Utilize advanced Excel skills to create, manage, and analyze financial data.
    • Develop complex spreadsheets to track and report financial metrics.
