One-Stop Operator

Are you goal driven? Then the One-Styop Operator position is for you! We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team.

As a One-Stop Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and regional standardization efforts to ensure integrated service delivery across funding streams. This position supports Career Center operations, data capture, customer flow, reporting, and continuous improvement while ensuring excellent customer experience and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate partner programs and services across all centers to ensure meaningful access and support an effective One-Stop system
  • Work with the leadership team, contractor's staff, and program staff to ensure customer flow, service delivery and data management are effective and efficient
  • Provide overall coordination of partner efforts and communication with Board staff
  • Maintain relationships with and convene quarterly meetings with MOU partners
  • Develop MOUs with non-mandatory One-Stop partners as approved by the Board
  • Ensure the center is in compliance with all federal, state, WIOA, and Board policies
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of performance and quality metrics

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required/master's degree preferred; with demonstrated experience managing projects and initiatives
  • 7-10 years' experience leading teams and building and maintaining strategic coalitions and partnerships
  • Ability to converse with a wide range of professionals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Regional travel required
  • Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment
  • Clean driving record, valid Driver's License, and reliable vehicle required
