Physician (MD/DO) – Family Medicine
Near Provo, UT

Overview:
Our practice near Provo is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care, combining traditional family medicine with urgent care services. New graduates and experienced physicians are both encouraged to apply.

Position Offers:

  • Schedule: Flexible, 4 days a week
  • Competitive salary: $180,000–250,000 (DOE)
  • Productivity bonus of $25,000
  • $25,000 sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive primary care clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across the lifespan
  • Manage common chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and asthma
  • Provide preventive care services, including annual wellness visits, immunizations, screenings, and lifestyle counseling
  • Deliver pediatric, adult, and geriatric primary care, including well-child visits and acute illness management
  • Provide women's health services, including gynecologic care, family planning, prenatal care, and postpartum follow-up
  • Perform minor office procedures such as suturing, lesion removal, and joint injections
  • Document patient encounters, orders, and care plans accurately in the EHR
  • Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services, managing referrals and communicating care plans with the care team

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in Utah
  • Comfortable providing both traditional family medicine and urgent care services
