Slumberland Furniture in International Falls is seeking a motivated Part-Time Furniture Sales Associate to help customers create comfortable, beautiful living spaces. This position works closely with the Store Manager and plays an important role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Overview
No two days are the same in furniture sales. As a Sales Associate, you'll work with customers to understand their preferences, budgets, and design goals while helping them select products that fit their needs.
Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with showroom merchandising and product displays
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor
  • Staying informed about current promotions and advertising campaigns
  • Contributing to store goals and overall team success

Qualifications

Scheduling
We strive to offer flexible scheduling whenever possible. However, availability during evenings, weekends, and major sales events is important.
This part-time role may offer up to 29 hours per week.
Store Hours
  • Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a commission-based pay structure with a draw program. Motivated sales professionals can take advantage of uncapped earning potential, with estimated earnings ranging from $15-$18 per hour.
