This is a Full-Time Delivery Driver position with JEC Logistics Solutions LLC,
Are you highly driven and looking to deliver smiles throughout the Treasure Coast? Then join the team at JEC Logistics Solutions LLC! We're a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) in Port St. Lucie, FL. We need highly motivated, reliable, professional, and enthusiastic team players to deliver packages for the world's leading e-commerce company. We are locally owned and growing quickly, seeking dedicated individuals ready to work smart and work hard in a fast-paced team environment. Military veterans and those with previous driving experience are encouraged to apply, along with anyone else who would be an asset to our team.
We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem-solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!
Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done on time. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road driving, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.
We are looking for team players who desire to grow with our Company

• Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• As we grow, supervisory roles will be available
Benefits & Scheduling:
• $20.50/hour (paid biweekly)
• 10-hour shifts
• 4-day workweek (must work one weekend day)
• Two paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and one unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time, WITH SMILES, cordially, efficiently, safely, reliably and professionally
• Safely navigate roads, drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations in variable conditions
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use smartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members as required throughout the workday
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening
• Must have good communication skills and speak, read, and write English clearly
