Location: Lewistown
Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Salary: $66,665.00 - $69,368/year (DOE)
What You'll Do
  • Assess: Conduct substance use and mental health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Treat: Deliver evidence-based addiction and behavioral health services within your licensed scope of practice.
  • Collaborate: Partner with medical and behavioral health teams to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
  • Coordinate: Manage referrals, continuity of care, and case management across multiple care settings.
  • Document: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in compliance with regulations.
  • Engage: Participate in outreach, training, and continuous improvement activities to support patient and community needs.

What You Bring
  • Associate's of Art or Applied Science degree in alcohol and drug studies or substance abuse from an accredited college or university (Master's degree in alcohol drug studies preferred)
  • Licensed in Montana as an addiction counselor
  • Certified Prime for Life instructor within 90 days of hire
  • BLS Certification upon hire
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
