Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Onboarding Supervisor to join our team. This is an engaging and
interactive role, ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills. As the
first point of contact, you will create a lasting impression on our clients, making this position one
of the most vital in our company. This is a remote opportunity that allows you to work with a
diverse range of clients via phone and Zoom.
Key Responsibilities:
? Initiate contact with clients who have requested a software demonstration.
? Schedule Zoom calls, coordinating between your schedule and the client's availability.
? Lead Zoom sessions using our advanced software to help clients assess their needs and
choose the best program options.
? Provide top-tier customer service throughout the onboarding process, ensuring each client
has a positive experience.
? Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-up tasks.
? Collaborate with team members to continually enhance the onboarding experience.
Qualifications:
? Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
? Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus on multiple tasks.
? Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of personal discipline.
? Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize new software quickly.
? Experience in customer service or phone-based roles is preferred.
