Bilingual Recruiter

Locations: Tempe & Avondale, AZ | 100% On-Site
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)


Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiters to support recruitment operations across our Tempe and Avondale locations. This role will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while providing excellent service to both candidates and clients.


The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.

Key Responsibilities


  • Recruitment & Job Advertising: Create and post compelling job advertisements across social media, career sites, job boards, and other recruiting platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review applications and resumes, conduct pre-screening, and identify candidates who meet client requirements.
  • Candidate Interviews: Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' experience, qualifications, availability, and overall fit for open positions.
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively recruit and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates while providing clear communication throughout the hiring and placement process.
  • Client Support: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding staffing needs, providing qualified candidates, and communicating candidate progress.
  • Account Management: Support and manage assigned client accounts while ensuring staffing needs, service expectations, and recruitment processes are consistently met.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Interview Preparation: Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing job details, expectations, directions, and helpful interview guidance.
  • Recruitment Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate activity, interviews, placements, onboarding requirements, and other recruitment documentation.
  • Onboarding & Pre-Employment Requirements: Coordinate hiring requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, employment documentation, and other pre-employment processes.
  • Job Fairs & Community Outreach: Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community networking opportunities to attract new talent.
  • Urgent Staffing Support: Respond to urgent staffing needs and after-hours orders when necessary, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with clients and candidates.
  • Branch Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, sales representatives, branch management, and other team members across the Tempe and Avondale locations to support recruiting goals and business needs.
  • Flexibility: Travel between branches and client locations as needed, based on business and staffing requirements.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of staffing and recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of positions, including warehouse, industrial, skilled trades, clerical, and/or general labor roles.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using online recruiting platforms, job boards, social media, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Professional, dependable, proactive, and results-oriented.
