Job description

Position Summary
Join our family owned and operated beverage distribution company as an Experienced On – Premise Sales Representative. We are looking for a motivated, relationship- driven professional who enjoys working in a family -oriented environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with bars, restaurants, clubs, hotels, and other on-premise accounts while driving sales growth, brand distribution, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, knowledge of the beverage industry, and a passion for building lasting customer partnerships.
Responsibilities
•    Manage and grow an established territory of on-premise accounts 
•    Develop strong relationships with bar owners, restaurant managers, and key decision-makers 
•    Increase sales volume, distribution, and market share of supplier brands 
•    Present and sell new products, seasonal offerings, and promotional programs 
•    Monitor inventory levels and assist accounts with product ordering 
•    Coordinate and execute promotions, special events, tastings, and tap takeovers 
•    Ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and draft beer quality standards 
•    Identify new business opportunities and open new accounts within the territory 
•    Analyze sales trends and develop strategies to achieve sales goals 
•    Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and activity reports
•    Collaborate with suppliers, marketing teams, and internal departments to support business objectives
•    Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions 
•    A team player and a willingness to help others
•    Availability for evening and weekend activations in the market 
Qualifications
•    Must be 21 years of age
•    Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the beer, beverage, wine, spirits, or food service industry
•    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
•    Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills 
•    Strong organizational and time-management abilities
•    Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively 
•    Completion of monthly Brew U Training classes
•    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
•    Requires heavy physical work, heavy lifting up to 170 pounds
•    Attend all meetings as scheduled 
•    Maintaining company property including fleet vehicle, tools, and iPad etc
Preferred Qualifications
•    Knowledge of the local on-premise market and beverage industry trends 
•    Draught beer and craft beer knowledge preferred.
