The specific expectations and availability requirements can vary depending on the employer and industry.

How does scheduling typically work for an on call part time position, and what flexibility can I expect?

On Call Part Time positions usually require you to be available during specified hours or on short notice, depending on the employer's needs. While you may not have a fixed weekly schedule, you’ll often be contacted as shifts become available, which can provide flexibility but also means your hours may vary.
