Part-Time Receptionist
Quaid Harley-Davidson is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls politely and professionally
  • Screen calls for owners and managers
  • Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered promptly
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed
  • Maintain a detailed and accurate log of staff arrivals and departures
  • Receive and distribute deliveries that arrive through the front entrance
  • Keep the reception desk clean, organized, and free of clutter
  • Maintain the customer flyer rack by removing outdated materials and keeping it neat
  • Turn the phone system on and off promptly at store opening and closing

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Clear and legible handwriting
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Neat, business-casual appearance
  • Previous work experience and professional references required
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled hours consistently
