Legal Case Manager – Personal Injury

Location: Port Washington, New York

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000/year

You'll work with experienced attorneys on a wide variety of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, labor law, and nursing home neglect. What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters under attorney supervision
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of plaintiffs or insurance carriers
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies throughout the life of each case
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure deadlines are met
• Support attorneys with case preparation and day-to-day case management responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple cases efficiently

What You Bring

• Extensive experience negotiating settlements for a plaintiff personal injury law firm or negotiating liability claims for an insurance carrier
