We are seeking a high-performing Temporary Legal Case Manager with experience in personal injury law. This role requires a professional capable of managing the full pre-litigation lifecycle of a case, from initial intake through the final settlement demand. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at client advocacy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Caseload Management: Oversee a significant volume of personal injury files, ensuring all internal milestones and legal deadlines are met
  • Medical Coordination: Track client treatment progress, verify insurance coverage for medical procedures, and maintain consistent communication with healthcare providers
  • Records Procurement: Efficiently request, organize, and summarize medical records and billing statements to build a comprehensive case file
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the recovery process


Required Qualifications
