    • Day A Shift: Mon-Wed 7am-7pm (Alternating Sundays)

    • Overnight B Shift: Thurs-Sat 7pm-7am (Alternating Sundays)

Job Description

We are seeking a Process Technician to support production equipment and help keep manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently.  In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance, assist with process improvements, and work alongside experienced engineering professionals to minimize downtime and maximize product quality. If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow your skills in a modern manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
 
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support production equipment within an assigned manufacturing area.
  • Perform equipment start-up checks, calibration, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related equipment issues.
  • Update machine settings, operating parameters, and equipment programs as needed.
  • Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment issues to leadership.
  • Assist with equipment testing, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support equipment installations and production changeovers.
  • Perform soldering and minor repairs when required.
  • Crosstrain with production teams and provide support during staffing needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
 
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
  • Technical certification, vocational training, or associate degree preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum one year of manufacturing, assembly, equipment maintenance, or process technician experience.
  • Previous experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment is preferred.
  • Experience with soldering, hand tools, microscopes, or precision measuring equipment is a plus.
  • Experience working with automated equipment or programmable machinery is beneficial but not required.
Skills
  • Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Physical & Work Environment
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment while wearing required protective garments.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
