Quick Facts Location: Fredericksburg, VA, 1201 Sam Perry Boulevard Start Date: 07/17/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing / Flexible opportunity Shift: Night beeper shift (7p-7a) & Day beeper (7a-7p, Sat & Sun only) Hours/week: Variable Employment Type: PRN / Shift coverage License/Certs: Valid Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license Experience: Prior CRNA experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00 (hourly pay rate, exclusive of benefits) Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Referral bonus program Paid sick time according to applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and lodging reimbursements where applicable What You’ll Do Provide anesthesia care during scheduled procedures in a high-quality healthcare setting Serve on-call during night and weekend shifts, providing long weekend coverage Respond to on-call callbacks with a minimum 2-hour notice at negotiated rates Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient safety and optimal outcomes Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia services provided Participate in patient assessments and perioperative planning Support facility and departmental protocols to ensure compliance and safety standards What You Need Required: Current Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Virginia Prior experience as a CRNA Ability to work independently and on call Flexibility for night shifts and weekend call Preferred: Experience with off-site or PRN coverage Exceptional communication skills Comfortable working in a dynamic healthcare environment About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Fredericksburg, VA, providing anesthesia services and on-call coverage across diverse clinical settings.
