Quick Facts Location: Fredericksburg, VA Start Date: 07/17/2026 Shift: On-call beeper shifts (off-site nights 7P-7A / days 7A-7P, weekends 7A-7P) Hours/Week: Variable, based on coverage needs Employment Type: PRN, flexible on-call License/Certs: Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license required Experience: Prior anesthesia experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Lodging provided for weekend coverage at approved vendors 24/7 dedicated team support What You’ll Do Provide anesthesia care within a hospital setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort Cover on-call beeper shifts during scheduled nights and weekends Respond promptly to on-call emergencies with minimum callback time Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and deliver anesthesia services Participate in long weekends on-call shifts, enjoying the community during downtime Document all patient interactions, procedures, and care thoroughly and accurately What You Need Required: Valid Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Virginia or eligible for licensure Prior anesthesia experience (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to work independently and respond effectively during on-call duties Preferred: Flexibility for PRN coverage Strong communication skills Positive team player mindset About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Fredericksburg, VA, offering flexible anesthesia coverage options that fit your schedule.
