Job description

EthosEnergy is currently recruiting for an Operations and Maintenance Manager to provide management and leadership at Pittsfield Generating Station in Pittsfield MA. The facility is a 3x1 combined cycle power station with GE 6B frames. The O&M Manager will be responsible for providing supervision, direction and leadership to the operations and maintenance staff including the Lead OMTโ€™s, OMTโ€™s, OMT-Mechanicalโ€™s and OMT - I&Eโ€™s. Other responsibilities include the oversight of day-to-day operating and maintenance activities, environmental compliance to ensure that the facility is operated in a safe, reliable, and economic manner consistent with site O&M Agreement, contracts, permits, and rules and regulations written instructions form the Facility Owner.

Approved salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 based on skillset, experience and education. A 15% plant bonus is also offered depending on productivity. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of (8)-Eight years relevant experience, with a minimum of (4)-Four years in a supervisory or management position. Important to note that a Massachusetts Second Class Engineer License is strongly preferred. Candidates without the license must be able to obtain it within two (2) years of employment.
