Position Title:OFS Chief Operating Officer

Location:Position is based in Nashville, TN

As the OFSChief Operating Officeryou would be responsible for translating the strategic vision set by the OFS President/CEO into day-to-day operational excellence across all service lines and subsidiary entities. TheCOOprovides direct oversight and leadership to the Presidents of Omni Behavioral Health, Omni Child Welfare, JusticeWorks Youthcare, and Omni Family Institute, as well as the Executive Director of Quality Assurance. TheCOOserves as a key member of the senior leadership team, ensuring operational alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and consistent delivery of high-quality, trauma-responsive services. The organizational structure reporting to theCOOmay be modified at the discretion of the President/CEO to reflect the evolving needs of the organization.

What you bring to this role:

  • Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Services, or a closely related field required. Masterโ€™s Degree (MBA, MPA, MSW, or related) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in human services, behavioral health, child welfare, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role overseeing multiple programs or entities
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License, Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
