Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Operations Integrators (Senior and Journeyman) to join our team! In these roles the senior level will manage and journeyman level will support, approved OIE plans into synchronized, executable, and adaptable action across the staff and partners.

What You'll Be Doing:

Senior

  • Translates OIE plans into executable actions bridging between planning and execution (OIE CONOPS; LOEs; COAs).
  • Ensures tasks are aligned to objectives and effects; properly sequenced; assigned to the right organizations and prevent drift from approved intent during execution.
  • Coordinates effects across capabilities and organizations, synchronize activities across: IO, MISO, cyber-enabled influence; Public Affairs (deconfliction, not control); Intelligence, operations, plans; and Interagency and partners (as applicable).
  • Supports OIE synchronization and battle rhythm maintaining OIE inputs to Synchronization matrices; target working groups; providing operations updates and tracking closure/ status of tasks.
  • Monitors effects and execution in near-real time tracking execution status against LOEs, Tasks, and Timeliness proactively identifying early indicators of effect or failure, unintended consequences to communicate issues quickly to the customer.
  • Enables assessment-driven adaptation translate assessment findings into: adjustments to activities, recommendations for branches or sequels, and ensuring ensure changes remain within approved authorities and commanders intent.
  • Enforces coherence with authorities, policy, and approvals. Supports the integrate OIE with kinetic and non-kinetic operations and coordinate the timing and messaging with kinetic operations; Security cooperation; exercises; and engagements.
  • Serves as the primary Apollo execution touchpoint for mission related partners. Maintains shared understanding of effects and timing and maintain execution continuity across rotations and phases.

Journeyman

  • Supports the transition of approved Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) plans from planning to execution by managing the operational handoff of activities and synchronizing cognitive, informational, and physical information forces to achieve mission objectives.
  • Translates approved concepts, lines of effort (LOEs), and courses of action into executable tasks and ensures activities are properly sequenced, resourced, and aligned to intended effects.
  • Monitors, synchronizes, and recommends adjustments to joint force information activities to ensure unity of effort and effectiveness both in and through the information environment (IE).
  • Tracks execution in near-real time, identifying risks, shortfalls, unintended consequences, and opportunities for refinement, and elevates recommendations within approved authorities and commander's intent.
  • Provides OIE- and IW-related capability support during steady-state operations, contingencies, crisis response, disaster relief, and exercises, ensuring information activities remain integrated with kinetic and non-kinetic operations.
  • Maintains synchronization across staff elements, components, interagency, and mission partners to prevent redundancy, fratricide, or conflicting actions.
  • Supports the development, coordination, and dissemination of mission-aligned content and media platforms that reflect regional perspectives, cultural context, and local information ecosystems.
  • Ensures messaging and delivery mechanisms are consistent, repeatable, and aligned with operational objectives while leveraging contemporary and emerging media formats.
  • Monitors platform performance and engagement metrics and provides recurring operational reporting in accordance with Government direction.
  • Maintains secure coordination of media production and dissemination processes, integrating cleared personnel as required to protect operational security while enabling responsive execution.
  • Operates with latitude in managing execution workflows, coordinating across stakeholders, and contributing to performance measures that assess operational impact.
