You'll join Deloitte Tax LLP's National Federal Tax Services practice as a Manager supporting the Tax Analysis & Information Reporting for Debt Investments (TARDI) team. In this role, you will help shape and deliver data-driven, web-based applications that support complex tax planning, reporting, and compliance needs for large fixed income investment portfolios. Work you'll do
As a Manager on the National Federal Tax Services - TARDI team, you will be responsible for:

- Owning and managing the product backlog, including prioritization, refinement, and roadmap alignment to support delivery of the highest-value features

National Federal Tax Services (NFTS) is a national practice within Deloitte Tax LLP made up of specialized service offerings developed in response to tax planning ideas, marketplace needs, and technological innovation. Within NFTS, the Tax Analysis & Information Reporting for Debt Investments (TARDI) practice helps clients address complex tax planning, reporting, and compliance considerations associated with corporate and government debt, mortgage-backed securities, and asset-backed securities. The team combines tax knowledge, financial product understanding, and technology-enabled data management capabilities to support large portfolios of fixed income investments.
Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, or a similar field
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership, project management, business analysis, or enterprise software delivery
- 5+ years of experience leading delivery of enterprise software applications from ideation through production release
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for software delivery teams
- Experience working with Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- One of the following active accreditations obtained:
- Licensed CPA in State of Practice/Primary Office if eligible to sit for the CPA
