Job description

Position Purpose:
As the Senior Analyst, Digital Content, you will be the driving force behind digital content on homedepot.com. You will lead a team of data coordinators to ensure that all product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for our website. This role is crucial for maintaining content quality and improving the customer experience.
What you'll do:
  • Lead a team: Guide and manage a team of offshore data coordinators.
  • Optimize processes: Create, implement, and optimize processes for collecting, updating, and maintaining digital content using data driven decisions.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Partner with brand advocates and other internal teams to coordinate the collection and updating of digital content.
  • Ensure data integrity: Oversee the content lifecycle, from gathering to maintenance, and troubleshoot data issues with cross-functional technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 10% Attend Merchant meetings and identify and facilitate digital content requests as a result of thereof
  • 30% Manage relationship between Merchants and the website www.homedepot.com as it pertains to product introduction, maintenance, or enhancements
  • 10% Facilitate new program development as new programs and services are
  • identified by Merchants
  • 30% Develop process to drive product information as it is shown online. Participate in project teams to provide input regarding product data changes needed as a result of website or other business changes. Research data issues and errors and partner with IT and business partners to resolve
  • 10% Coordinate and ensure appropriate reporting is in place and identify any
  • performance issues
  • 10% Partner with internal and external organizations to identify training needs; be
  • prepared to deliver training when/if needed

Travel Requirements:
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:
  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  • No travel required

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • No associates report to this role on a permanent basis, but requires the leadership of a work group: assign and review work, train and contribute to performance appraisal (but not hiring, firing or disciplinary action).

  • Leadership: Experience in leading a team. Mentoring, managing, and developing offshore personnel is a plus.
  • Process Optimization: Demonstrated success in process optimization and the proactive identification of opportunities for optimization to drive operational efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to derive actionable business insights from complex metrics and trends.
  • Road Mapping: Experience in building and managing strategic road mapping initiatives to achieve long-term business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Strong cross-functional partnership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse business and technical teams.
  • Complex Systems: Proven ability to troubleshoot, navigate, and manage operations within complex systems and enterprise-level architectures.
  • Professional Growth: A proactive, self-driven development mindset with a consistent track record of continuous learning and skill acquisition.
