Job description

We are seeking an HRM Data Quality Specialist to support regulatory data quality and change management within Veeva Registrations (VReg). The role will be responsible for monitoring and triaging data change requests, creating and modifying VReg objects, identifying upstream data impacts, and supporting data quality initiatives across the US and Canada.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Monitor, triage, and execute Veeva Registrations (VReg) change requests to maintain HRM data accuracy and quality.
  • Create and modify entities/objects within VReg based on approved requests.
  • Assess data modification requests and identify potential upstream or downstream impacts.
  • Initiate appropriate actions and coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders to resolve data-related issues.
  • Manage shared mailboxes, respond to data inquiries, and process assigned requests within established timelines.
  • Support and oversee offshore data entry activities to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with the planning, launch, execution, and monitoring of HRM Data Quality initiatives.
  • Monitor data quality findings and contribute to remediation and continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide data, process, and technology guidance to SPRI and Regional HRM teams as needed.
  • Support regional HRM activities, meetings, and data quality programs.
  • Assist with urgent requests related to Clinical Supply Release.
  • Complete all required company training and maintain compliance with applicable procedures and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in data quality, data management, data governance, or regulatory data operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeva Registrations (VReg) or similar regulatory data management systems.
  • Strong understanding of data change control, data validation, and issue triage processes.
  • Ability to assess data dependencies and identify upstream/downstream impacts.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and meet established deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting data quality initiatives and remediation activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
