We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Office Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and help ensure the office runs efficiently. This role will coordinate office activities, support employees and leadership, manage vendors and supplies, and maintain a professional and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Monitor inventory and place orders to maintain adequate supplies.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and service providers.
  • Coordinate incoming calls, emails, mail, deliveries, and general correspondence.
  • Maintain organized office records, documents, and administrative files.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
  • Assist management with scheduling, reports, presentations, and administrative projects.
