Job description

Office Manager (Wisconsin)
This role is dedicated to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the local sales team in Affinity Group’s Wisconsin office. Reporting to the Market Manager, the Office Manager plays a key role in coordinating office activities, supporting sales operations, and serving as a primary point of contact for visitors and internal teams. This position will also continue to support regional initiatives and assist with special projects as needed.
Who we’re looking for:
We’re seeking an organized, proactive, and people-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This person will be the “go-to” for all things office-related by helping with scheduling, events, supply management, sample coordination, and overall support of the sales team and Market Manager. A background in administrative support, hospitality, or office coordination is a plus.
Who We Are:
Your Bridge to Success | Why Our People Love Affinity Group
Affinity Group is one of the fastest-growing food sales and marketing agencies in North America. We represent some of the most well-known food brands and work with distributor and operator partners to help drive business success. The Wisconsin office is a key part of our Midwest region, and this role helps bring our culture, collaboration, and performance to life locally.
A typical week might include the following:
  • Office Operations. You’ll keep the Wisconsin office running smoothly by greeting guests, managing room reservations, maintaining supplies, and coordinating office improvements and space needs.
  • Sales Support. You’ll assist the local sales team with technical and administrative support, sample coordination (dry/frozen), and help prepare for ideations, trainings, and customer meetings.
  • Team Events & Culture. You’ll help organize local events, Days of Giving (twice per year), and team celebrations by keeping our office culture positive and engaging.
  • Calendar Management. You’ll own and manage the local show calendar and market calendar by ensuring visibility, coordination, and alignment across teams.
  • Executive Support. You’ll act as an assistant to the Market Manager by providing help with scheduling, project coordination, and communication follow-ups.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration. While this role is now dedicated to office operations, it will continue to support ongoing tasks across departments at a regional level, with marketing responsibilities adjusted accordingly.
  • Regional Marketing & Client Support. You’ll assist with regional marketing efforts and client management support as needed to ensure smooth execution and team alignment.
The role might be right for you if you have:
  • Prior experience in office management, administrative support, or hospitality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • A warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist across multiple functions
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail

What to Expect:
  • Part-time, 30/hrs per week, based on-site in the Wisconsin office
  • Role may require occasional lifting of sample boxes (up to 25 lbs.)
  • Involvement in office improvements, meetings, and seasonal events

How We Make Room for You:
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Paid time off and company holidays
