Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our client's dynamic team! In this vital role, you will support operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will support various administrative functions, enhance communication, and contribute to a positive workplace environment. This position is part-time on-site and has flexible starting and ending work hours/ 30 hours per week.
Duties
  • Answering phones and providing customer support to internal and external customers
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
  • Support calendar management and scheduling for team members, coordinating meetings and appointments seamlessly
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive communication with clients and colleagues
Experience
  • Previous office experience or clerical work demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette
