Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top talent for different roles, including administrative assistants, receptionists, office managers, warehouse workers, forklift operators, and other related positions. The Office Support Clerk will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday) from 8AM -5PM

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in office, receptionist, customer service or a related field is preferable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
