Salary: $85,000–$93,000 (total compensation includes benefits & performance bonuses)

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a reliable, disciplined Project Manager to lead daily operations of the Environmental Protective Agency (EPA) Headquarters (HQ) Badging Office. This is a busy office providing USAccess Card Management, as well as CCure system management and Locksmith services, for approximately 7,400 EPA employees and non-federal workers in the Federal Triangle Complex and Ardwick-Ardmore Warehouse. The ideal candidate will be a punctual, accountable leader who enforces standards, coaches staff, has excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ensures excellent customer service and operational compliance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSJob Requirements/Skills:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance (or higher)
  • Minimum of a BA degree OR 10 years of relevant experience
  • Proven supervisory or project management experience (preferably 3+ years)
  • Demonstrated ability to discipline and hold employees accountable
  • Outstanding attendance history and strict punctuality
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflictresolution skills
  • Proficient with standard office software (e.g., MS Office) and recordkeeping
  • Must have or be able to obtain USAccess, SWH CCure 9000 System Manager, and Locksmith Certification
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and schedule a team of 6 staff; monitor performance and attendance
  • Enforce workplace policies, issue discipline when necessary, and hold employees accountable
  • Train, coach, and develop team members to meet service and productivity goals
  • Oversee badge issuance processes, quality control, and recordkeeping
  • Manage workflow, resolve customer issues, and escalate when required
  • Prepare regular reports on operations, staffing, and performance metrics
  • Ensure punctuality, reliable staffing coverage, and consistent workplace standards
  • Recruit, process, onboard, and train staff to maintain required staff member
  • Ensure payroll records are accurate
  • Ensure all reports are submitted on or before due date
  • Work Environment:
  • Work performed in an office as well as throughout five (5) facilities colocated on a quartermile block
  • Typical hours of contract operations are 8.5hour days Monday Friday (less Holidays), 0800 1630 hours
  • Must be flexible in hours to support EPA and Company requirements and fulfill managerial obligations

    COMPENSATION/BENEFITSTotal Compensation

    Range: $85,000 - $93,000 (includes health insurance costs if applicable)

    Additional benefits:
  • Three weeks (120 hours) of PTO per year, rest on your anniversary, increasing with seniority (prorated for PartTime employees).
  • Eleven (11) paid holidays annually, granted on January 1st (prorated for PartTime employees).
