Project Manager - Joint Base Anacostia- Bolling

EMI Services is seeking a detail-oriented and security-conscious Project Managerfor a part-time role, overseeing a custodial services contract at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of cleaning operations, ensuring all contract requirements are met in compliance with security protocols, safety standards, and customer expectations. The Project Manager will directly supervise a small team of personnel and serve as the primary point of contact for government representatives.

*This position is part time averaging 12-16 hours per week

Salary

$36,000 - $40,000 based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning operations in a secure, classified environment.
  • Ensure compliance with contract specifications, federal regulations, and facility security requirements.
  • Serve as the main liaison between the government client, company leadership, and on-site staff.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, inspections, personnel schedules, and incident reports.
  • Manage staffing, including scheduling, timekeeping, training, and performance evaluations.
