The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Senior Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Acts as single POC to Contracting Officer & COR
  • Leads enterprise-wide project delivery and execution
  • Develops and advises strategic roadmaps
  • Manages integrated SME teams
  • Oversees multi-project resource allocation and schedules
  • Supports requirements development & management
  • Drives operations & maintenance (O&M) for campus complexes

Skills & Requirements
Experience:
  • Minimum 10+ years managing enterprise-wide federal projects
  • Prefer experience with large federal agencies (GSA/DHS preferred)

Core Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Experience managing full-time and part-time resources
  • Demonstrated success in federal O&M environments
  • Active Secret clearance

Qualifications
