Position Details

Primary Department or Practice: UHS Primary Care Windsor

We are seeking a board certified/eligible Family Medicine Physician for our UHS Primary Care- Windsor location. This is a busy, family medicine out‑patient practice in a well‑established office.

Position is 100% outpatient. Office hours Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with rotating call. Great opportunity to join a team of 1 APP and 1 Physician.

Salary Range: $275,240 - $344,100 annually.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified or eligible Family Medicine physician.

• Completion of an ACGME accredited Residency Program.
