Job description

Cisneros Insurance Agency, a top-performing Farmers Insurance Agency with over 25 years of consistent growth, is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSSR) to join our in-office team.

The ideal candidate has an active California Insurance License, will be Spanish-speaking, have a solid understanding of personal lines insurance products, a passion for helping clients, and a strong drive to meet sales goals. This position combines customer service and sales assisting clients with their existing policies while also identifying opportunities to cross-sell and bring in new business.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences. Our agency primarily serves clients in California and is also licensed in Arizona and Texas.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with all personal lines insurance transactions by phone and in person.
  • Deepen customer relationships by identifying and offering additional coverage options, including auto, home, renters, condo, life, and specialty products.
  • Contact existing clients to conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage updates.
  • Accurately generate and process high-volume insurance quotes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely, efficient, and accurate support.
  • Manage client records and documentation in the agency management system.
  • Maintain effective communication and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed the agency's sales expectation of at least $15,000 in new business premium per month.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and productive office environment.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for helping clients and doing what's right for their insurance needs.

Requirements
  • Must Have an Active California Property & Casualty License
  • Minimum 3 year of insurance industry experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products (auto, home, renters, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required; the ideal candidate is fluent in both.
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals and maintain high productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependable, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Must be able to work full-time from our office location.
