Job description

Inbound Representative

Cafe Rio is hiring part-time and full-time Inbound Customer Service Representatives at our Call Center! We are looking for self-motivated, energetic and friendly people to join our team!

In Office position during training with the option of a Hybrid In Office/Remote position after training is completed successfully.

As a member of our elite team, you must be customer service oriented and have excellent time management and communication skills. You will interact with customers by phone & email providing great customer service while taking orders, providing information regarding Cafe Rio's services and resolving customer service issues.
