OFFICE MANAGER - HOME HEALTH & HOSPICE
Katy, TX (On-Site Position)

Bilingual Spanish preferred.
A Hug Away Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in Home Health and/or Hospice operations to join our growing healthcare team in Katy, Texas. We are a compassionate healthcare company providing Home Health and Hospice services to patients in the comfort of their homes.
This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role for someone who understands the fast-paced environment of Home Health and Hospice and can effectively support operations, staffing, HR, payroll, and office coordination.
Requirements (Please Read Carefully):
We are looking for a very specific candidate with proven experience in Home Health or Hospice office operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous Home Health or Hospice experience is REQUIRED.
  • Prior experience working in a Home Health office setting (not field only).
  • Experience with Kinnser/WellSky EMR strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HR, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, scheduling, or office management.
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking strongly preferred.
  • Must live within approximately 20-30 miles of Katy, TX 77493.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day office operations for Home Health and Hospice.
  • Assist with HR functions, recruiting, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Coordinate schedules and office workflow.
  • Support payroll and administrative functions.
  • Maintain communication with clinical staff, patients, and referral sources.
  • Ensure timely documentation and EMR coordination using Kinnser/WellSky.
  • Maintain compliance and support agency operations.
