Tacoma Parts Corporation is a growing company specializing in semi-truck parts and accessories. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Bilingual Office Manager who is fluent in both English and Russian to help manage our day-to-day office operations and support our growing team.

Position Overview

The Office Manager will be responsible for keeping our office operations organized and running efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to communicate comfortably with customers, vendors, employees, and business partners in both English and Russian.

The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, suppliers, and business partners in English and Russian
  • Translate communications and documents between English and Russian when needed
  • Assist with customer service and resolve routine customer issues
  • Prepare and organize invoices, purchase orders, documents, and other office records
  • Maintain accurate company files and records
  • Coordinate communications between management, employees, vendors, and customers
  • Assist management with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, deliveries, and other business activities
  • Follow up with vendors and customers regarding orders, payments, shipments, and other matters
  • Assist with accounting and bookkeeping-related administrative tasks
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchases when necessary
  • Help establish and maintain efficient office procedures
  • Handle confidential company information professionally
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Required:

  • Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken
  • Previous office management, administrative, customer service, or similar experience
