Office Manager
LHH is looking for an Office Manager for our client, a Professional Services organization in Rye, NY. This person would be the gatekeeper and office manager for a 30 person office. These offices are looking for someone that is positive, outgoing and comfortable interacting with colleagues of all levels. This position will pay between $20-30/hr, contingent on experience. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, Mon- Fri.
Responsibilities :
· Front desk, meet and greet
· Phone screening and transferring
· Client support
· Maintain office inventory
· Coordinate office meetings and events
Requirements:
· At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
· Superb phone etiquette
· Strong writing skills
· Comfortable using PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
