Job Summary:

The Assistant Clinical Office Manager assists in overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the medical office. This role supports the Clinical Office Manager by supervising front-office staff, coordinating patient services, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and ensuring efficient office operations while promoting a positive patient experience.


Key Responsibilities

Assist with the daily management of clinical office operations.ย 

Supervise and support front desk, scheduling, and administrative staff.ย 

Coordinate patient scheduling, registration, and check-in/check-out processes.ย 

Ensure accurate patient records and compliance with HIPAA regulations.ย 

Monitor office workflows to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.ย 

Assist with employee training, scheduling, and performance coaching.ย 

Address patient concerns and resolve service issues professionally.ย 

Maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance.ย 

Support billing, insurance verification, and prior authorization processes.ย 

Prepare reports, maintain records, and assist with budgeting and inventory.ย
